Madagascar President, Andry Ranoelina, has removed his country from the World Health Organisation. He angrily said: "Europe created organizations with the desire for Africans to remain dependent on them. Africa has found a medicine against Corona virus but Europe thinks they have a monopoly of intelligence as such they are refusing to acknowledge it. From today, we are no more member of the World Health Organization."

MR LA COUNSELS SUPPORTERS ON COVID-19 AND SOCIAL DISTANCING

A prominent philanthropist and political leader in Kaduna Central Senatorial District of Kaduna state has enjoined the good people of the state to comply with safety advisory of the World Health Organization, WHO and other measures put in place to safeguard their lives. Giving this advice on Friday is Mallam Lawal Adamu Usman, popularly called “Mr. LA” by his teeming supporters while addressing the media at his residence, stressed that the COVID-19 pandemic is real and people must endeavour to take every necessary step to remain safe at all times. KADUNA: INAUGURATION OF PDP CARE TAKER COMMITTEES (CTCs) OF THE TWENTY THREE (23) LOCAL GOVT AREAS AND STATE CHAPTERS IN KADUNA STATE.

The 4 year tenure of office of the current Party Excos of the Twenty Three (23) Local Government and State Chapters end on the  05/05/2020 and 10/05/2020 respectively.  The National Working Committee,NWC, of our great Party has by its letter of 24/04/2020 approved and reconstituted these Excos into Care Taker Committees at their respective levels. Following this approval, I hereby formally INAUGURATE these Care Taker Committees accordingly. The tenure of office of the Care Taker Committes at the Local Govt level is from 05/05/2020, while that at the State is from 10/05/2020. The tenure office for each Care Taker Committee is Three (3) months or as may be determined from time to time by the NWC of the Party.
