My Dear Friends, colleagues, well wishers and fellow Nigerians…
On behalf of USMAN MAIRIGA COLLEGE OF HEALTH TECHNOLOGY (UMCHT), May I heartily wish all of you, happy Eid-El Kabir, especially to our Muslim faithful brothers, who join other Muslims around the world to mark this day. Eid-El Kabir, connotes the spirit of sacrifice, keeping faith, promise, kindness, piety, promotion of religious harmony and peace.

Also may He bless us with a Nigeria where love, peaceful co-existence, Order, and Rule of Law shall reign supreme. I implore each and every one of us to use this solemn but momentous occasion not only to renew our faith in the Almighty, but also to renew our faith in our Country Nigeria, believing that the challenges we are currently facing as a
Country shall be overcome, and that with this renewed faith, Nigeria shall be a more united, stronger and prosperous Country.

By Seun Opejobi The Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide has described remark by the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai that he would teach people of Lagos State how to end godfatherism as “abysmally insulting”. The youths said El-Rufai lacked the credibility to utter such seditious statement in Yoruba land. Addressing journalists yesterday in Lagos State, the council’s president, Aremo Oladotun Hassan warned El-Rufai to desist from acts that could earn him disgrace from Yoruba nation. He challenged the Governor, who claimed to have ended godfatherism in his state, to tell the world how he has improved the lives of people in Kaduna State with evidence. Again, Gunmen Abducts Four, Kills One In Chikun Area of Kaduna State.

Less than a week after six students and two teachers of Kaduna Engravers school were abducted by gunmen on monday killed one person and abducted four others at Angwan Barau in Chikun local government area of the state. Report coming from the community showed that the bandits arrived in the area and shot sporadically into the air, sending panic into the minds of the residents. According to residents "one person was killed, while four persons, including the wife of the pastor of Godiya Baptist Church in the community, were taken away by the kidnappers. He gave the names of those abducted as Mrs. Jummai Ido, the wife of the Pastor of Godiya Baptist Church, Angwan Barau Udawa, Mr. Luka Auta, Mr. Sale Auta and Mr. Yakubu Audu, while Mr. Ezra Haruna was killed. #Kaduna #DailyPost
